How is the price calculated?
The instant quote is estimated based on the dimensions of your model, selected material, layer thickness, infill percentage, and setup cost.
What materials do you offer?
We currently offer PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, and TPU (Flexible 95A). Each material has different strength and durability depending on your project needs. PETG is recommended for aquatic environments.
How long does it take to print my order?
Most custom prints are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the model.
What if there is an issue with my file?
If we find any issues with the uploaded file, we will contact you before printing to confirm any necessary adjustments.
What file formats are supported?
We accept .STL, .OBJ, .STEP / .STP, and .3MF — up to 100MB per file.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we offer local pickup in GTA Toronto.
